This unique route combines culture, history and nature

All on paved roads, this climb is for expert cyclists who love to push themselves to the limit. The enchanting landscape will offer a much needed distraction as you are really put to the test by gradients that reach as high as 27%, until you finally get to Cima Grappa at 1,718 metres above sea level. Starting from the birthplace of the famous artist Antonio Canova in Possagno’s delightful town centre, you will go up the Strada degli Alpini: a road named after the Italian Alpini troops who served with great distinction in the First World War.
