Best Professional 2012 at Alma Caseus, Master Taster Onaf, Garde et Juré de la Guilde International des Fromagers, Emanuela will lead you on a tour of the Premiata Latteria Perenzin Museum along a path filled with family anecdotes, international awards and tools of the trade.
Together you will discover the secrets of cheese aging through the five senses, before entering the very special Golden Room, a top-secret room of Perenzin Dairy's experiments and Special Reserve Cheese Caveau.
To close in delight, a tasting of four selected cheeses that won Super Gold at the World Cheese Awards awaits you, paired with four local wines.
