Friday 14 February treat yourself to a unique evening by immersing yourself in a fascinating journey with two protagonists of taste: Chocolate and Rum, accompanied by the expert guidance of Chocolate Sommelier Claudia Mazzariol, a member of the official @Chocolate Reporters tasting panel.
We will begin with a refined buffet dinner, designed to delight the palate with local delicacies and gourmet specialities. This will be followed by the highlight of the evening: a guided tasting of six exclusive chocolates from South America, Africa and Asia, carefully paired with three Rums from their respective regions.
