A unique experience to discover the secrets contained in the Dairy Art of the Perenzin Latteria
With over one hundred years of history and for five generations, Perenzin Latteria has been dedicated to the creation of award-winning and world-famous organic cheeses. From the operations carried out manually by their cheesemaker, the tipping of the cheeses onto wooden boards, to packaging and labelling, the whole process is carried out in an artisanal manner.
Having the chance to attend a lesson on cheese-making in this cheese paradise is what happens in the Prosecco Superiore Hills during the weekends dedicated to the Cheese Making Experience, where, in the company of a real cheesemaker, you can make some delicious cheese yourself! After a regenerating walk among the fruit trees and animals of the Castello di Formeniga farm, we will put our hands in the warm milk and discover the secrets of production and ripening techniques for guaranteed fun!
