Banksy in Jesolo
Jesolo's JMuseo chronicles the contemporary through the eyes of some of the most influential living artists of street art known as post-graffiti and guerrilla art.
More than ninety works by beloved artists such as Banksy, Jago, and TvBoy-but also by other famous and internationally known names-are on display from April to September in the museum's setting, where this exhibition is produced by the City of Jesolo and organized by Piuma and Arthemisia.
Banksy's art, in particular, is expressed in the street and public dimensions of urban space. His eccentric and incisive works make us reflect on the system and society in which we live; they are a symbol of struggle and protest in a world where economic interests often prevail over what should be the good of communities.
