Experience a unique adventure in the world of cheese at Latteria Perenzin. During a guided tour of the Premiata Latteria Perenzin museum and the maturing warehouses, you will learn about the matured cheeses and discover the secrets of the various maturing techniques.
A highlight of the visit is access to the Golden Room, a top-secret room where Perenzin Latteria's experiments come to life, and the caveau of special reserve cheeses - such as Capra Tonka and Vermouth, winner of 5 international awards in just 2 years and Italy's most awarded matured cheese!
Then it's time to take the cheese into your own hands and try your hand at creating your own refined caciotta: Through sensory analysis of spices and flavors, you can express yourself and shape the cheese to your liking (of course, you can take it home and care for it like a true Maestro Affinatore).
Maestro Affinatore in Italian can be booked every Friday at 4pm in Italian and at 10.30am in English (bookable here).
